Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to artwork and contact details when you use the mockup generator or submit a production quote request.
Artwork previews
Logo files used in the generator are processed in your browser for preview and export. The generator does not upload the logo file as part of the preview workflow.
Configuration links
If you copy a configuration link, the URL contains the selected bag, material, color, dimensions, market and attribution tags so another person can reopen the same brief. It does not contain the uploaded logo, your name, company, email address or WhatsApp number.
Quote requests
When you submit the form, we collect the contact and project details you provide, the selected bag specification, basic campaign source information, and the referring page link included in the request.
Form performance
We count three anonymous form milestones: opening the quote form, continuing to quantity, and completing a request. We group these totals into source categories such as email, RFQ, event directory, LinkedIn, trade data, referral, search, social, direct, or other. For comparison, the aggregate record may also include a shortened, sanitized campaign label and market or product key. It does not include your company name, contact details, IP address, raw page URL, or uploaded logo.
How information is used
We use submitted information to review production feasibility, prepare quotation follow-up, respond through your selected contact channel, and maintain the sales conversation.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in our Feishu business workspace. Information is retained only while it is needed for quotation follow-up, business records, or applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted inquiry information by contacting us and providing the inquiry reference when available.
